When I got around to getting an XBox for large screen gaming, it wasn't really available anywhere around and considering I'd already got the mega drive collection 1-4 on Steam (which seems to be the exact content of the gold collection) I didn't really bother with tracking it down. Also I'm rather certain it's just a collection of the Sega Classic collections 1-5 with maybe a few extras?
